Full Description: This fantastic front line café bar is located in the outstanding Marina of Marbella. Marbella is extremely popular with the tourists and not to mentions the celebs. The Bar hosts a café bar license until 2am during the week and 3am at weekends and fiesta days. The interior is approx 80m2 and has recently undergone a complete reform with new wiring/electrics, disabled toilets etc all abiding by the new EU regulations, plus not to mention the brand new décor. The bar boasts seating for up to 60+ people, not to mention the very large sunny terrace with comfortable tables and chairs which seats an additional 100+ people with magnificent views of the Marina and Mediterranean all of which making this venue very unique indeed.
There is a large fully equipped catering Kitchen with all the necessary appliances; cooker, plancha, microwave oven Fridges and Freezers etc and large stainless steel prep area.
The current owners have worked very hard and built up an immensely busy food trade over the years and are very well known for there delicious home made food, and are renown for their superb Sunday Roasts.
