The Bar is only two minutes to the beach, trains and bus and in walking distance to the local Supermarkets and shops.
The bar is only a 100 meters from the famous Feria ground, which hosts the Tuesday and Saturday Market as well as fiesta weeks.
The Bar is approx 55 square meters inside with seating for 30+ people, the bar boasts, cable T.V. Plus satellite, two TVs inside, Stereo with speakers inside and also on terrace outside, is fully equipped and decorated in a typical Irish theme.
The Bar has a compact yet fully equipped kitchen area located behind the bar, with extractor hood, fridges, freezers, plancha and deep fryer. Food is not served at present , however a light snacks menu could easily be served and in turn double turnover.
There is a covered terrace with full toldo (Awing) which seating a further 30+ people and due to it being fully enclosed, not covers are lost during the winter months.
The bar has fantastic walk by trade all day and night and is extremely well known in the area not only by the locals, but the tourist and apartment owners.
Current opening hours: seven days per week 12 noon until late.
